We seek a dedicated Volunteer Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and help ensure smooth operations in our dynamic and creative environment.

Position Overview

This volunteer role offers the opportunity to work closely with a published author while gaining valuable experience in administrative and creative fields. As a Volunteer Personal Assistant, you will manage essential administrative functions, including responding to emails, engaging with platform members, and supporting day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize and respond to emails from members, clients, and customers on the platform.

• Act as the first point of contact for administrative inquiries.

• Assist in managing schedules, setting appointments, and sending reminders.

• Support membership interactions and ensure member satisfaction.

• Help coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and materials as needed.

• Provide general administrative support to the author and team.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with email platforms, scheduling tools, and basic administrative software.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
