About Us

We provide literary services and are committed to fostering strong relationships between authors and publishers. As a volunteer-driven initiative, we are building a community that thrives on collaboration, creativity, and a shared love for literature.
What You'll Do
As a Literary Agent, you will:
Scout and represent talented authors across diverse genres.
Act as the bridge between authors and publishers, securing publishing opportunities.
Guide authors on manuscript development and submission strategies.
Stay updated on market trends to identify publishing opportunities.
Collaborate with the agency team to enhance our services and grow our network.
Manage the submission inbox
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking individuals who:
Has a strong passion for literature and storytelling.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Are familiar with the publishing industry, including market trends and submission processes.
Are organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
Is willing to dedicate some time each week to supporting our authors and agency goals.
Prior experience in literary representation is a bonus but not required.
